Amber grew up in Horn Lake, Mississippi, and attended Horn Lake High School. She graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2017, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English.

She then went on to attend Mississippi College School of Law, graduating in 2020. During her time at MC Law, Amber was a member of the Mississippi College Law Review as an Articles Editor. She also gained experience as a judicial extern with The Honorable Sean Tindell at the Mississippi Court of Appeals as well as externing at the Mississippi Workers’ Compensation Commission under The Honorable Denise Lott.

Prior to joining Markow Walker, she was a judicial law clerk for The Honorable David Neil McCarty at the Mississippi Court of Appeals in Jackson.

Amber’s practice focuses on Alternative Dispute Resolution (Mediation /Arbitration), Appellate
Advocacy, Insurance Bad Faith, Insurance Coverage, Medical Malpractice, Motor Vehicle Liability,
Personal Injury, Premises Liability, Products Liability, Professional Liability (Non-Medical),
Transportation/Trucking Defense, and Workers’ Compensation. She works at the Firm’s office in
Ridgeland, Mississippi.

She is a member of the Mississippi Bar, and is admitted to practice in all state courts in Mississippi and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi.

Amber resides in Madison, Mississippi. When she is not at the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing with her two dogs and cat, reading, and doing yoga.
