Tom is a native of Fort Walton Beach, Florida. He spent one year playing football at Birmingham Southern College prior to graduating from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Arts in 2019. Thereafter, he attended Mississippi College School of Law where he served as a Dean’s Ambassador and a Member of the Moot Court Board, competing in regional competitions prior to graduating in 2022.

Tom’s current practice is primarily focused on the defense of workers’ compensation claims. Prior to joining Markow Walker, he practiced criminal defense across the state of Mississippi defending the accused on misdemeanor, felony, and federal criminal matters. He is a member of the Mississippi Bar, and he is licensed to practice in all state courts in Mississippi as well as the Federal Court for the Southern District of Mississippi.

Tom resides in Jackson, Mississippi, with his wife Taylor. They are parishioners at St. Richard Catholic Church. When he is not in the office, he enjoys visiting with family and friends at Ole Miss football games, as well as, hunting and playing golf.
