Mileage, Weekly Maximum and Lifetime Disability Rates
The Mississippi Workers’ Compensation Commission has released the updated weekly maximum limitations for indemnity and death benefits under the Mississippi Workers’ Compensation Act. For work related injuries occurring on or after January 1, 2021, the weekly maximum for those benefits will be $523.16.
